• Our timing: We take 2 to 3 business days to prepare your order with all the care it deserves. After that, shipping usually takes between 4 and 8 business days to arrive at your door.
• From our U.S. headquarters: Although we are proudly registered in Nicaragua, we process and ship every package from our facilities in the United States to ensure the best logistics.
• Track your order: We will send you a tracking number so you know exactly where your coffee is. If you see the status as "pre-shipment," it means it’s ready and waiting for the carrier to pick it up!.
• International shipping: For orders outside the United States, please keep in mind that the process is a bit slower and, due to customs regulations, these shipments are non-refundable.
